The Wild Gala is an elegant evening designed to honour the great outdoors, and to increase understanding and funds in support of the preservation of Alberta’s precious wild spaces!

The evening features beautiful photography, the culmination of Capture the Wild Photography Contest, presentation of the Phil Lulman Volunteer Award, delicious food, exciting live and silent auction, fantastic entertainment, and a stimulating keynote address.

Previous keynote speakers have included:

• Monte Hummel, president of WWF
• Brian Keating, Head of the Conservation Department at the Calgary Zoo
• Alanna Mitchell, award-winning journalist from The Globe and Mail
• Karsten Heuer, conservationist, author and co-star of “Being Caribou”
• Rick Ridgeway, award-winning documentary filmmaker, photographer, climber and adventurer.
• Mike Robinson, President and CEO, Glenbow Museum.
